• Visually inspecting landscape conditions to ensure proper maintenance is being provided by landscape vendor
• Mailbox 
• Front door entry way and porches; bring in packages, discard flyers or doorhangers and bring in newspapers 
• Lanais, pool area decking and screen enclosures- ensuring all areas are free of debris, clean and in safe condition
• Pool- visual inspection to ensure property maintenance is being provided by pool vendor
• Driveway- check that it is free of debris
• Exterior lighting - check front and back lights
• Garage- visual inspection

• Ensuring all windows and doors are locked securely and no current water intrusion is present
• Check for any visual roof leaks on ceilings and around skylights
• Visual inspection for any pests, including roaches, ants, mice or rats
• Check AC/heating system's thermostat for current settings verses current interior temperatures. Make adjustments as needed.
• Run plumbing fixtures to include toilets, garbage disposal, sinks and appliances where applicable
• Check water heater and ensure it is in the off position unless otherwise directed
• Shut off main water valve upon leaving
• Check electrical panel breakers
• Reset alarm upon leaving, where applicable

We provide comprehensive additional services such has arranging hurricane shutter installment, mail forwarding, quote retrieval for weekly service vendors (i.e. pool company, landscaper, sprinkler company), car or golf cart battery check, change out lightbulbs as needed, return of trash and recycling containers after leaving, arranging home cleaning service after leaving or prior to arrival, water interior plants, transportation, and grocery shopping prior to arrival .
